Meet Jenna
Growing up in an Army family made me aware from a young age of the importance of a supportive community. My family and I moved all over the country and the world, and in the process, I found my passion for connecting with people and learning their stories. The military is a community with unique challenges and opportunities, and I became familiar with navigating joy, pain, hope, and loss by being part of it. Colorado was my favorite duty station, and I was excited to return for college, when I had a say in where I would live.
I completed my undergraduate education at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, with bachelor’s degrees in international relations and economics. I soon realized, however, that the relationships I was interested in were not between countries, but between people. This led me to complete the Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Colorado Christian University.
I enjoy providing a comfortable environment for clients, where we can examine any negative thought and/or behavior patterns, or any other presenting concerns. My goal is to empower clients to reclaim the joy and peace in their lives and relationships, and to help clients reach their treatment goals.
When I’m not in the office or doing homework, you can find me exploring all around Colorado and Utah with my husband and our dog, Kiva. We are thrilled to be living in the mountains and are making the most of it! Hiking, canoeing, paddleboarding, and snowshoeing are particular favorites!
