Meet Monica

With over six years of experience in the field of mental health, I have had the privilege of working alongside children, families, and individuals in a variety of settings. My professional journey has included providing support for children on the autism spectrum within behavioral health settings, offering home-based treatment for families, and working with adolescents navigating delinquent and oppositional behaviors. I’ve also had the honor of supporting families with foster and adopted children as they navigate the complexities of attachment, identity, and change.
I work with individuals, couples, and families who are seeking help with relational issues, as well as those facing anxiety, depression, trauma histories, and the challenges that come with life’s stressful transitions. Whether you’re a family working to improve communication, a couple trying to reconnect, or an individual searching for clarity and healing, I am here to help.
I believe that healing comes from within, and my goal is to support you in creating a life full of meaning and purpose, where your own values and strengths guide the way. I take a collaborative approach to therapy, working together to identify what matters most to you and helping you develop practical tools to overcome obstacles. My therapeutic style is warm, earnest, and infused with humor, because I understand that growth doesn’t always have to be serious. Sometimes, a good laugh or a light-hearted moment can be just as healing as a deep conversation.
With empathy at the core of my practice, I listen closely to your story, honor your experiences, and work alongside you in a supportive and non-judgmental way. Therapy is a partnership, and I’m committed to walking this journey with you as we explore ways to create a life you feel proud of and excited about.
Let’s work together to help you find the strength and resilience that’s already within you.
